About Us
Plavchak Construction has been steadily involved in the Pittsburgh construction industry for over 30 years. A general contractor by trade, Plavchak Construction is involved in many different areas, with primary focus being site work, excavation, carpentry, and concrete.
In addition to publicly and privately bid projects, we are able to offer design-build work for your project with a network of licensed professional engineers and architects we work with.

As well as being a general contractor, we also are heavily involved in a few niche markets including sports lighting, sports surface and field construction, as well as offering crane and drilling services at both hourly rates and as a subcontractor service.

Plan Room
Our Plan Room is a directory of projects that we are currently considering bidding. Here you can find descriptions of the projects as well as drawings and specifications for each job, available for subcontractors and suppliers to download in order to provide pricing.
New contacts can click the "Register" button on the Plan Room to add themselves to our bidders list and select up to 5 specific trades they perform. Once registered, new contacts will receive invitations to bid for projects which include their trade and have access to view our public projects.
